In the first week of April I attended the Spring Course 2016 organised by the Spanish Society of Dental and Aesthetic Prosthesis (Sepes) in Bilbao, which attracted numerous professionals in the sector.
The Congress revolved around oral implantology and was given by two specialists in the field: doctors Óscar González and Ernesto A. Lee.
Dr Óscar González focussed on how to deal with complications arising in the rehabilitation of teeth and of implants. During the course he gave practical guidelines for diagnosing and taking decisions regarding the many complications which can arise during oral rehabilitation.
For his part, Dr Ernesto A. Lee presented solutions for dental implants in patients with a high smile line. His presentation looked at the predictable aesthetic handling of high-risk patients with areas of compromised gums, showing the use of contemporary interdisciplinary strategies.
At our clinic we are aware of the importance of training and updating knowledge in order to be able to offer our patients the very best of treatments. That’s why we continue to scientifically update by means of attending specialised courses and congresses.
